how stunning is this fabric room divider, the simplicity of the chaise and the mirrored table provides simple elegance. The wall mounted light adds the finishing touch.
Loving the wrought iron panel as a feature at the end of this hallway, the chair sits beautifully against it, great idea for a difficult decorating spot
This is probably why I love white houses you can change your out door look without repainting the entire house, the black and white colour scheme is broken up by touches of yellow.

you have a beautiful blog :)
I love little touches of black, these images you've choosen are so lovely!!! I also agree with the outside in black and white, so easy to change. Simply beautiful!
beautiful post.. You can't go wrong with "a touch of black" (class)... I am for JUST a touch..
Lovely pictures indeed ... for some reason they make me think of Domino magazine. Not sure whether that's cos black's the colour of grief, or not!
I love the touches of black - so beautiful! Amanda x
Black and white works wonderfully together and there are so many colours that you can introduce to spice things up - these are all gorgeous examples of why black and white works so well. Thanks for the inspiration.
Millie - I hope you don't mind but I have tagged your for a 'show us your blogging space' game. I do hope you'll join in. Lee
So, so sorry about the mix up in the previous comment. I really did mean to say Judy, not Millie. My sincere apologies.
Black and white is classy and cool alright. Take care however, not to overdo it, else the room can come across as cold, not cool.
Add a hint of color with photographic prints of wildlife in winter.
Hanging such pictures on the side wall adds life and interest to the area, without stealing the B&W first impression from the guest.
