Thankfully the days are getting cooler and I'm looking forward to spending time in the garden. This season at lily-g I have gone gardening mad, buying all sorts of gorgeous gardening tools, pots from france for the herbs, vintage watering cans, old reels of string with scissors even Burberry looking rubber boots! I'm even going to try my luck buying potted hydrangea's for the shop and for my home, they add such a lovely burst of colour.

I've gone gardening mad ... but so did the snails. They ate nearly everything!
Potted hydrangeas always look beautiful inside or outside the home - will yours be pink or blue? Lee :)
So beautiful, wish I had some hydrangeas of my own. And whenever you talk about your shop, I want to hop on a plane and visit! Some day I will.
Ahh, blue hydrangeas. I love them too. Can't wait to see mine blooming this summer all around our farmhouse.
Hydrangeas are my favorite, what a gorgeous space!
Those Country Living photos just made my morning! Thank you for sharing.
I wish I could say days are getting cooler haha it is still freezing cold here ,You lucky girl!
Fabulous idea Judy, I'm sure your new stock will sprint out of the store! I just have a feeling that with the GFC upon us, the nesting instinct is kicking in & people are wanting to get back to the simple things, like gardening. For little outlay, the rewards are great.
Millie ^_^
More hydrangeas - I'm in heaven!
