I know the rule if you make them you will probably break them but that doesn't stop me trying so here is just some of my list!
1. Go on diet (I know I'll probably break that one!!!)
2. Exercise (now that one I usually break too but fingers crossed) plan to go on long walks, yoga because I'm a stress head and tennis lessons because its no fun playing fetch the ball.
2. Sell home and move to the country Bangalow the top of my list ( its achievable I think!)
3. Not working so hard and enjoying more week-ends away with my partner and kids i.e Bangalow and Byron Bay!
4. Making lily-g my store better than ever!
5. Read motivational books to keep striving to be the best I can be, both in my personnel and work life
6. Hawaii in the horizons but if the dollar is still rotten then its Bali this year!
7. make 2009 the best year ever!

If that is just some of your list you are going to be very busy indeed! I love the idea of moving away from the city too - i'd love to bring my kids up with a safe, outdoor environment with plenty of room to run - but it is almost impossible with my hubby's job. I look forward to hearing how the Bangalow resolution progresses. I too am trying to get fit and hope to find time for a lot of creativity, both for the business and just for me. Oh, and this is the year I am getting organised!!!

Oh I think they are great resolutions! I posted my list about a week ago but mine are called 'goals' as they are the things I strive for to better my family's life. Hey, if we don't have goals then we never move up in the food chain right? LOL!!!
Best of luck, I salute you!
I am with you on the diet and exercise Judy - I am crossing my fingers (and toes) that our resolve lasts! xv
These are wonderful resolutions!
Wishing you the best for a beautiful, safe and achievable new year. xox.
Happy New Year to you. I think that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. So you are definitely on the right track!

Great list...I've never felt the need to make a list before, but I have to say I'm considering a list of "goals"...
Like you I have a problem with #1 & 2 on your list... :0)
Wishing you joy and success in the coming year!!!
Cheers
Great comprehensive list Judy. Accomplishing half the list will be an enormous achievement.

Judy~ Welcome back! A good list and you have given yourself permission to bend it a bit.
That's important- we don't disappoint ourselves that way.
Cannot wait to see what's in store for Lily G. I only wish you were closer so I could visit.
Happy New Year~
Judy, good on you for writing it all down.... now what to do with the left over Christmas chocolates is what I say! I still have the images saved of that beautiful house you found near Bangalow that you posted about last year. Go for it. It will happen.

Those are really thought out resolutions! I try not to make them anymore, then I feel bad when I break them, but this year I feel I must do something relating to starting a business--food involved, but it feels like the time to go for it! Happy New Year.
Oh I'm still dreaming up my list....Love hearing others as well. I think you'll do great! And Bali- wow, sounds fab to me!
Happy New year!
xx Trina
Great list - I'm sure you will achieve your goals for the year! Bangalow is just gorgeous - hope you find the perfect place! Tracey x
It cracks me up that Hawaii is not a go but Bali is. Being from the east coast of the US, Hawaii is out of the question because of the price but Bali is on a par with going to the moon. Hope where ever you go you have a great time. xo, MB
